  • What is your turn around time?

  • All Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. (i.e. if you place your order on a Tuesday before 12:00 PM EST it will ship on the following Monday). Contact us if you need it faster.
  • Do you sell custom sizes other than the ones listed on your website?

  • For any custom size, you can email us info@sukkahsigns.com
  • How do I place an order?

  • Orders are processed online using credit cards. Simply select the category you like from the top, then select the design of your choice, and the size you'd like, and add it to your shopping cart.
  • How do I know that you received my order?

  • Once you have submitted your online order, an email order confirmation containing your final order total, will be emailed to you.
  • Can I pick up my order?

  • Yes. Please make sure to let us know through entering in order comments at checkout that you'd like to pick up your order. We will notify you by email when it's ready for pickup.
  • How do I hang it?

  • All banners have grommets about every 2 ft. on the top so it can easily be hung onto your Sukkah wall.
  • All canvases come with a complete hanging kit so it can easily be installed onto your Sukkah wall.
  • What’s your return policy?

  • All orders are produced and custom printed for you directly, therefore once your job is printed it cannot be returned. If it’s damaged, please notify us by email info@sukkahsigns.com before October 8, 2014.
  • How should I store my banner so it lasts longer?

  • All banners should be rolled, or folded image area to back side of banner area. DO NOT fold ink to ink as it may result the ink to stick while being exposed to heat and may damage the banner. Store banner in a dry cool place. Do not store in a hot place, do not store directly exposed to the sun.
